Granny A Day # 79 and Give a Dog a Bone!

One of my first emails this morning alerted me to the fact that Rachel over at www.crochetspot.com had posted a new pattern, and this pattern was for a Crochet Dog Bone.

How could I resist??

So I bought the pattern and got to work.....

And the recipient was very happy with his gift

Quite protective over it

and liked the smell of it

And even start to show it off!!

Ahhhhhh

I did buy another pattern too, for a fold up bag that you can pop into your handbag and use if you buy something unexpectedly and not have a shopping bag handy.  I will post that one tomorrow.

This really used up some good odds and ends of wool / yarn so I was more than pleased with the outcome of this one!
