Day 98 & How to make a Bitsa Blanket

Day 98 is this rather lovely Ice Green that I found in one of the bags that a fellow Twitter sent to me.

I had a busy morning packing up & labeling packages that needed to be posted of 1st class to Crocheters that ordered items from the One Stop Crochet Shop (see tab above) and the contents were Crochet Starter Packs, Deluxe Crochet Starter Packs, Hook Sets & Stitch Markers.

So tomorrow, in various parts of the UK there will be many smiling faces as the postman arrives and they open their packages!

Tangled!
That's all I can say about this picture.  I did manage to de tangle it but it was no easy job.

Now for my Bitsa Blanket - this is what I am doing....

Using Scraps of wool / yarns, I am simply tightly tying the ends together

Snipping the ends off as close to the knot as possible

And working rows and rows in True Granny Square Tradition!

It's not finished yet, but here's what it will look like in Scrumpy's bed

I am loving the rainbows in the colours

Can you see Scrumpy's paws?  He's flat out on his sofa after a long walk earlier in the day

And just to note this historic day
