GAD 209 - Olympic Special

Well what can I say about making a commemorative Granny Square for today

The first day of the 

London Olympics 2012

So this is what I made - a White Granny Square

Which is obviously the background colour of the Olympic Flag

As you can see in the image above

All you have to do is imagine a flag

And Hey Presto

You have it!

Today's GAD is a "Grab Two Colours" from the scrap wool basket

And this is what happened

A Peachy Centre with a Creamy Frame

Peaches & Cream!

The Olympics 2012 start tomorrow - I wonder what I can make in a GAD for that?
